I thought I needed tune ups for all 3 AC units of my house, but when Martez came and checked the refrigerant level for all of them, only one is truly missing the entire refrigerant. Martez recommended requesting warranty services from Carrier and a leak-and-search needed to be done first before the refrigerant can be recharged. The other 2 units worked fine and there is no need to do any tune-ups. Martez had driven in the traffic for couple of hours to our house that morning, expecting to do 3 tune-ups, only charges me a nominal fee for checking the refrigerant for all 3 AC units. This is an honest company you don’t get to meet very often these days. I’ll recommend Heavenly Service and Comfort to anyone anytime!
